Thirdly, the installed bracket is on a horizontal line, and the bracket and the bracket embedded plate need to be welded firmly in advance, and then the chain track is installed. In order to ensure the smooth connection between the industrial conveying chain and the sprocket teeth, attention should be paid to the radian of the connection between the head and tail of the track.

1. Pay attention to the tightness, not too tight or too loose, so as not to damage the chain.
2. The conveyor chain should avoid contact with organic solution, avoid rain and sunlight, and carry out regular cleaning and maintenance.
3. During the operation of the chain, lubricating oil should be added frequently to reduce wear.
4. If it is found that the industrial conveyor chain is seriously worn, it should be updated in time.
